That's right, exercise is the paramount.
But not any exercise. We usually think of exercising our same neuromuscular patterns. The thing is that it constraints us in known or maybe bad patterns.
Our brain's food is not only food, also electrochemical signals from all our senses and organs. We need to use all our muscles especially the core ones we usually have no conscience of.
I believe that we need to work on body consciousness and thus exercise all our body in order to be able to aging without getting old, preventing decay.
I don't believe full-body transplant is a thing. We have all the possibilities inside us. With a strong and flexible body, all possibilities open up, and the rest will follow: friends, ability to change, and be happy with nothing.
