So, what is anxiety? My problem with psychology and philosophy is that people use the terms without defining them precisely--like here. However in this very article you nailed it when Jenny said: "I feel shaky inside, my heartbeat races, my palms feel sweaty, all the normal symptoms." This is the James-Lange theory. But there are other theories about emotions though.

What I don't understand is that you recognize the importance of the body for the emotional process, but you still propose mind therapies. If they were really worked we would know it from the time we used them. You can call them help but not healing. It is not true help, just a band-aid that weakens you in real situations.

How to you know you feel anxious? Because your body said so, not your mind! Thus work on your body, let it bear emotions without shaking and feeling feared. Make it fit so your emotions won't interfere with your reasoning. What do you think ?
