However, I always wonder why people try to find excuses or easy solutions for why they are anxious or depressed (not talking about the exposed case here).
Anxiety, depression etc are there because people don't use or exercise their bodies. There is no easy solution, like eating better. Exercising your body is a hard work especially if you're an adult and have never done it.
Medication, diet or mindfulness meditation are just pis-aller if you don't use your body. It's an easy solution for lazy people.
