I'm did theoretical physics at university, and I know EPR paradox.
The problem with your reasoning is that it's only valid at the nanoscale, where it belongs (for now).
Neurons and other cells in the brain can be understood, at the micro level, without quantum physics.
As the experiment you mentioned I would wait many studies and meta studies to validate it.
I'm sure you aware that human mind finds what it wants to find. There is a huge number of situations that proves it, isn't it?

The synchronization observed in this experiment with meditators was not on a nanoscale which makes it even more fascinating. But yes, I agree, we need more studies to validate it.
