I must admit that I read your article quickly. 19 minutes length is too much for me. The main problem with your article is that you rely on "scientific studies".

But medicine is not a science, it is more of an art or a skill. So, to study whether ice baths are "good or bad" for your health, these pseudo-scientists don't seem to take into account the health of the participants.

Whatever the heat, cold or extreme activity the results are completely different if you're young and healthy or old and sick. Since most the of the population is not in good health, these studies are just nonsense.
