As you ask, I make the difference between aging (becoming better like with good food and wine), and getting older.
I disruptively think that, unlike most people, keeping a strong and flexible body helps aging instead of getting old. If the body's weak and rigid, positivity leads to toxicity, because real positive thinking comes from a healthy body, like for children's freedom of movement and thinking.
Work on your body, and your body will work on your mind.
